Thank you for visiting our site. Thorntree Pottery is a family business situated in the Kingdom of Fife in the heartland of Scotland.

Our large range of characters and toadstools are all lovingly handcrafted from earthenware clay and then fired to 1150 degrees, we then carefully glaze the character and fire it agan to 1060 degrees . All our unique ceramic sculptures are decorative and many have a dual purpose.

Simply place a lit incense cone inside the character and a beautiful relaxing scent will waft out of either the nose, mouth, ears, sleeves or chimneys (we give you 5 cones with each figure). We also make a range of tea light toadstool houses.
